1. Platform Role

Cleansly provides a platform that connects customers with independent cleaning service providers. Cleansly does not provide cleaning services and does not employ, supervise, or control providers.

2. Independent Providers

All cleaning services are offered and performed by third-party providers who operate independently from Cleansly. Providers are solely responsible for:

• Service performance and quality
• Pricing, quotes, and service scope
• Licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Insurance coverage (including where required)
• Handling complaints, refunds, and disputes
• Any property damage, loss, or injury arising from their services

3. No Guarantee

Cleansly does not guarantee provider availability, response times, pricing accuracy, or service outcomes. Any decision to engage a provider is made at your discretion and risk.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your request
• Communicate directly with providers regarding scheduling, scope, and special requirements
• Take reasonable steps to ensure safe access to the service location
• Resolve service disputes directly with the provider, unless otherwise stated

5. Payments

If Cleansly processes any payments, Cleansly acts only as a facilitator unless we explicitly state otherwise. Providers remain responsible for service fulfillment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleansly is not liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising out of or relating to services provided by third-party providers, including (without limitation) property damage, service dissatisfaction, or provider conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Cleansly’s liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Provider Screening Disclaimer

Cleansly may review, screen, or onboard providers in various ways; however, Cleansly does not guarantee any provider’s identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, or suitability. You are responsible for conducting your own checks before engaging a provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Cleansly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Access, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
