How does Cleansly select its cleaning providers?
All Cleansly providers are fully vetted and insured. We review each cleaner’s experience, references, and certifications before they can join our network, ensuring your home is cared for by trusted professionals.
What types of cleans can I book?
You can choose from Standard, Deep and Vacate/End-of-Lease cleans. Each service can be tailored to suit your home, schedule, and needs.
Can I communicate directly with my cleaner?
Yes once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive contact details through the Cleansly platform so you can coordinate directly if needed.
How much does it cost to use the Cleansly service?
Using Cleansly to find and connect with trusted local cleaners is completely free.
You can browse available providers, submit a cleaning request, and receive quotes at no cost.
All pricing, quoting, and ongoing payments are handled directly between you and your chosen cleaner, ensuring flexibility and transparency for both parties.
Can I book recurring cleans?
Yes. Cleansly makes it easy to schedule recurring weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleans for consistent service and better pricing.
Cleaners and Service Providers
How do I join the Cleansly network?
Simply complete our Join the Network form. Once submitted, our team will review your business details, insurance, and experience before approving your profile.
What kind of jobs will I receive?
Jobs are matched based on your service areas, availability, and cleaning types (e.g. standard, vacate, commercial). You’ll receive local, high-quality leads relevant to your business.
How much does it cost to join Cleansly?
Cleansly offers a free account that lets you log in and view local cleaning jobs available in your service area.
To access and connect with job leads, you’ll need a Premium Account – priced from $49 per month, which includes six job leads each month. If you’d like to unlock additional job leads beyond your monthly limit, these can be purchased individually at any time.
Can I update my business details later?
Absolutely. You can update your contact details, service area, or availability at any time through your Cleansly Provider Dashboard.
What support does Cleansly provide?
We provide ongoing support, marketing visibility, and customer communication tools so you can focus on delivering great cleaning services.

How do I make a booking?

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods are at the discretion of each cleaner. Cleansly is not directly involved in any fund transfers between you and your cleaner.
Most cleaners accept credit cards, debit cards, or direct bank transfers, but exact payment details and arrangements will need to be confirmed and managed directly with your cleaner.
